I used to have an anxious stomach ache in the past...people always told me to line my stomach with a glass of milk. Maybe it was a placebo...but it worked. Now though I've become lactose intolerant with age...plus IBS haha

The dryness.. could you be allergic to something and it's causing post nasal drip and a little swelling which is making you snore? I know sometimes if I have that going on even worse sometimes my saliva glands don't function when I am laying down which just adds to the dryness.
