The villas are all very similar. Yearly service costs are about 2'500 euros, including security, gardening service and public lighting.

I would be curious to know the thermal insulation index of this villa because with all these large windows and these plastered walls I am afraid that in summer it will be a greenhouse!

All very similar. All unfurnished, although that can be arranged.

A nice unit, although I'm not convinced by some of the proportions. Massive internal garden occupies too much space and doesn't add much value. There is already enough of the outdoors visible in the panoramic windows. The pool merges with the water feature which will require its share of maintenance. Built in AC looks nice, but is a commitment. Lastly, the corridors and doors upstairs are quite narrow and could have been made wider had the balcony terrace been made smaller or moved to the roof. A nice house no doubt that will be enjoyed for many years, but it could have commanded a higher price had it tried less hard to be fancy.
