A very insightful tutorial into bot insights😃 I have to ask though, are Bot Insights accessible to Community Users? I keep running into the Dashboards not available error, so I am stuck there.

hi , that was a nice explanation, can you tell if these bot business insights could help me across multiple runs of the bot , say for example i am running a bot to grant access to some application for a new hire, so at any given point of time it would only process one new hire data, say it ran for a day and processed around 10 new hires, so when i go to insights will i be able to see data for all 10 records or jus the last run?

Hey Robin! Bot Insights is designed to be used over a period of time, not just for a single bot run. With Bot Insights, you have the ability to do some custom filtering...so you could see all records for X timeframe which could include just the last run, or the last 100 runs depending on your bot run frequency/scheduling.

Can Bot insight provide cumulative data or it can represent results from past run only?

Hey Ishan - either one! You can set the parameters for Bot Insight to show a long period of time (last 6 months for example) or a significantly shorter period of time (just today)
