Hey, Livi, thanks loads for this video! I always enjoy watching your vids. (I did an Unboxing, as well). Addi did create a separate Guide for The Botan Tarot, she called it a "Zine", I've read it and it completely made an impact on the Art from the cards.

I’m so happy to have this deck and I enjoyed your walk through! I’m not a fan of pip decks so I was worried about Botan. But, I bought the zine a long time ago (since I didn’t think I’d ever have this deck at least I could enjoy the illustrations), and the explanations makes this deck completely meaningful, even the pips. She’s written stories (based on traditional myth) for each suit that weave together to create a lovely narrative for the entire deck. The pips each represent a portion of the story. So when I see a pip it’s not just a few items to me, I see the story behind it. I’m so grateful she reprinted this deck! It is one that I will always treasure.

The stone looks like it could be sodalite or maybe even blue quartz. I just got mine yesterday. I never thought I would get it either. I bought the zine too, haven't looked at it yet but I am thinking I'll have it all ready and ready to go by Feb. This feels like a Feb deck. I am opening it now so that I can go through with you! 🥰

@@-NiamhWitch- I definitely recommend the zine that's on her website. I bought it after this video, and it's only $5. It's got some nice additional info, especially for the minors.

@@CrescentDreamsTarot I haven’t finished watching your video, but the lack of information on what’s depicted in the cards was a bit of a bummer. I found if you go back to her website and purchase the $5 digital zine, it has a little more information about the cards and her choices. I just downloaded it.

I think Addi said she’s updated 7 cards in this edition but I’m not sure which ones they are. I haven’t read through everything yet.
