Materials:
Thin craft foam
Mod Podge (I know I say it super weird)
Stretchy String
Scissors
Paint
Stencils/guidelines (or freehand it)
Pencil
TIP:
If the tip keeps sticking up, you can use Spirit Gum or eyelash glue to keep it down when in use.
