My read of that botched finish with 2 Cold & Sabu is that the leg-hook was the signal to the ref to count the match out. I don't think 2 Cold is saying "kick your legs!", he's saying "hook the leg!", reminding Sabu of the signal, but he's still late on it, which creates the confusion.
