It's not even insecurity. It's the fact that the philosophy of the crew this whole time is to do the job no matter who's on, yet they held the job for Lang and for what? Bc they're afraid to get shouted at? Lang wouldn't care if they do the job without him. In fact he'd actually want that bc progress is still progress and by Monday they could actually do big progress if the crew went and poked around today with the water theory.

This. Like the didn’t wait to go in with him and just did it yesterday, but they’re willing to wait for Lang. It implies that he’s just not a priority in this crew. Meanwhile, there are groups that have been wanting to do heist with him. Just this week how many calls did he get about heist? From Chatterbox, Flippy, and now Raymond… Chatterbox doesn’t even want him to hack for the clowns (he asked him to be a driver) he just wants Yuno to have fun during the heist.

Important to note! Yesterday the crew did the art heist without Yuno saying that if you’re not locked in and around they’ll just do it without you. But today Yuno was told that they did not buy the contract because Marty was not around despite then leaving him the day before and just before this call they cancelled buying the contract AGAIN because Lang wasn’t around anymore despite Yuno waking up early and the crew waiting 5 hours. Yuno is sad because there is a clear double standard

What? They never said that to him that day. They found out the butcoin cost a lot so they needed to wait so ooc he made other plans and decided to take the day off. When crew found out last min cost was cheaper, they emailed him saying let’s do it. But Yuno told them he already made plans but go ahead and do the heist. They agreed to do some digging but not progress without him. Someone telling you to go ahead and do something but then gets upset when you do makes no sense. Yuno did the same thing for the maze heist. He can just say he wants to do heists with Ray and Benji. Pretty sure crew won’t care if he does because Marty does with his guys. Yuno has always tended to be selective with bringing stuff up when situations don’t work in his favour.

@@ZoeA- He only got "upset" bc the crew clearly showed a favoritism on holding the jobs for certain people except him, like what are you not getting? He was initially fine with the idea of the crew to do the job without him bc he they told him it wasn't happening SO HE MADE PLANS. He cannot obviously backtrack on that plans bc it was a collab stream with his other friends THAT WERE STREAMING and that would be disrespectful so he's fine with the crew doing that job without him. He operated in an understanding that jobs are done with the people that are present right there, but when Yuno himself wanted to do the maze without Lang, suddenly the agreed upon "philosophy" is not applicable anymore and the job is not going to happen bc Lang is not present. That is the reason why he finds it frustrating and why he hated the double standard and rightfully so. The crew has shown him that they are fine to hold the job for certain people except him. They had no issues doing a job without him or without Marty but they hold the job when Lang's not there. You are the one who can't understand his point.

@@zm6rnachrnau first of all it was the Art heist that he wanted to do without Lang not maze. The maze was when he gave the green light to Marty to go ahead and do because he had something to do. Even though Marty didn’t want to, Yuno told him he should definitely go. Later explaining he wanted to give Gege a shot. At what point before posting did you read where I said he should’ve cancelled his ooc plans? I was telling op the reason why he didn’t go at the time as what they said the reasoning before was false. I pointed out when he was okay with crew going without him, but now feels upset about it. His understanding as he mentioned in this clip is the crew doesn’t value or need him anymore since they wait for Lang AND Marty and not him. Even after the conversations from BOTH Marty and Gege that’s what his conclusion was. So Yuno decided to call Raymond afterwards because he knows Raymond will prioritize him over anything. Even though Marty and Gege explained to him they didn’t want to go as they felt bad about waking up later than they normally do and made Lang wait. ‘Suddenly’ being one instance where crew doesn’t want to go without someone. As 99% of time everyone is ready to go for heist. That someone being who everyone in the crew sees as the defacto leader. Whether Lang wants to be seen as one or not.

I think it’s so much easier for them to be on the same page, and the 3 of them have similar humor. I also think it’s because Benji and Ray both understands how Yuno works, and are willing to make concessions for him. Yuno’s current crew are too busy trying to appease Lang that no other voice matters.

It also doesn't help that Sykkuno is not remotely interested in being in GTARP for long amounts of time unlike before when the server started, like his brain/attention is on the Elden Ring grind. Unless Hades schedules a heist with him on paper, like what Freya is trying to plan for NA Hydra, Sykkuno will not go out of his way to boot up GTARP and hang out with Hades bc his first choice rn is to boot up Elden Ring.
