The number of messages you can use I think is unlimited (If I recall correctly). but whenever you have to use AI... you have to spend TOKENS. These are in limited quantity and you can also buy them without changing from Free-> Pro account. Using GPT 4 can burn your tokens 4 times than using GPT 3.5. Brah the tokens on voiceflow go really fast with the system prompt and knowledge base. 10k incoming messages easily covers more than 100k tokens on the free tiers.

Yes. there are ways you can reduce the expenses ... but yeah AI usage is an issue

Just from my quick experience uploaded 700html to both- Voiceflow limited to 300, Botpress had eaten everything, put 1 page to voiceflow KB, can't read data from it. 👺

Sometimes using KB can be tricky. Botpress performs fine in this area. In voiceflow you have to upload the whole sitemap for better coverage.
