Hmmm, watched the video several times, at what point and where do you provide the specific answer?! IE is the bot still get the answer from the knowledge base?

The bot is indeed still retrieving the answer from the knowledge base - it just won't send it to the user automatically. Instead, it'll be stored to a variable which you can choose to send whenever you want.

You could have an integration with a third-party (Intercom) and transfer the conversation to a live agent.

Hey, if i have the bot in my whatsapp business, what happens if i manually talk to someone who is talking to the bot? how can i achieve that? also, if the bot is on whatsapp, is there a way to automatically save the number to a variable (or setting up a flow in that manner?)
