Hi Alana, thank you so much xx Totally agree with you, I'm glad that I made a decision to send it back although I liked the bag. It is not practical for my life style and eventually I would end up selling it pretty soon. I will stick to my plan of purchasing Bottega Veneta Small Jodie for just now :)

Bottega Veneta is one of my favorite fashion houses in relation to the bags, unique designs, amazing quality and life time guarantee, I can totally recommend :)

The fact these bags can be faked and sold at a fraction of the price just shows how much the luxury brands are ripping people off. Yes quality and materials might not be the same but some dupes are pretty good. I’ve wasted so much money on designer bags and, as a 50 year old, could have bought another house or many *esluxs* with what I’ve spent. My advice is to only buy if you can afford it plus other important things and don’t necessarily turn your nose up at a dupe!

Thank you very much xx I have got impression that despite the great size and capacity for small/ medium size Bottega Veneta Andiamo East West is not designed to carry a lot, I feel like if the bag is packed lightly it would be a problem with the strap sliding down

Great review Maria, you went into so much details explaining the pros and cons of this bag, great info, love it. I'm not familiar with this bag at all but I can see how beautiful the craftsmanship and the intricate weaving of this VB bag. I think for me the cons outweigh the pros, especially the strap once you take it off,the bag looks very plain, the two large rings on each side just looks out of place. TFS. ❤

For the magnet closer, you should bring it over the espérâtes in the middle, both parts of the magnet should meet with no separation in between 🙈 I hope that my explanation is clear🙈, I want to ask about the metal part, is it ventage or clear shiny gold??

Yes it's very clear thank you xx still in comparison to YSL magnetic closures I expected it to be a little bit more stronger :) the hardware is rather aged gold and not shiny at all

The Andiamo to me was always iffy. Corner wear. One handle. Weird strap. I’d take it if it was free. However at >4K I think the small Jodie is more practical and timeless.

I'm going to confess Internet made me buy Andiamo lol, saw East West version on some fashion influencers and wanted to give a go, glad that I did and now I know it is not for me at all, I better stick to my plan of buying Small Jodie :)

Great idea, i think it could totally work. For someone who love BV Andiamo style it could the best one, there is so much room for playing around with twillies, chains and bags accessories but unfortunately it's not me

Great question :) It usually depends on what I have in mind and where I'm going, there is one key element which I want to wear at the moment and I plan all my outfit around it, it could be a bag, jewellery, shoes, dress or top

Who cares what someone has or doesn’t have. It doesn’t make you any better than anybody else. Real or fake. It’s nobody’s business unless you’re paying their bills. I think some people are just butt hurt by the fact that they spent $5,000 on a handbag and anyone can get *esluxs* that looks identical for a few hundred bucks or less. Stop worrying about stuff that doesn’t matter.

why can't the designers make something functional especially at that hefty price range. I am looking for a nice bag but on everyone there is something lacking. I refuse to settle especially when I am paying so much for the bag

Agree, what upsets me even more is that for some brands prices are going up several times a year now but the quality is only going worse
