Thanks for sharing the story behind it. The mini bag caught my eyes first because of the strap, that’s a big plus for me. The big one, you can’t filll it with too much stuffs since it has no handle or strap. Great review and comparison, tfs! 🥰

Both these bags are gorgeous! I am a sucker for the mini though! It comes with a crossbody strap which is a plus for me ☺️☺️ I have to say that the leather on these bags are sublime!

Thank you for the comparison. After your comparison, the small pouch is definitely the one I would go for. I don't like the fact the big one change its shape and there is no strap. Although the wine colour is beautiful.

Wow that pouch is huge . I think I would gravitate towards the mini one the black is so cute but I would want to carry only the essentials the red I would probably fill up too quick 😝

To address the bottom of the larger pouch, have you tried putting a thick sheet of felt at the bottom? That way you can still have it look slouchy with a tiny bit more structure. Love all your bottega pieces!

I'm 177cm and a UK12. Which one would you recommend? I'm okay with or without a strap and I like the small one, but feel it could look out of proportion on my frame. Fantastic and thorough review! :-)

I am 163cm and a size 10 in dresses, wider frame in general. The big pouch looks a perfect medium bag beside me. And the mini pouch is bigger in person in my opinion and in comparison to my body.

I think they have big quality but design is not funcional and estetically very bad! This one is a piece master of Frankstein bag so beauty only you see just the photos!!!!

Agree on the quality, Bottega Veneta is always great with it, have you heard that they now introduced life time warranty and repair on all their bag? Not a fan of large pouch myself
