Woke up this morning to see a notification that you've uploaded a video. I've thought about you a lot over the last year, I can't begin to imagine how hard it's been for you and your family. Stopping in to visit you when I moved to WA was the highlight of my trip to meet you and your family and it shocked me when I found out the news as I'm sure it did for so many in your online community. We're all here for you Sam. Stay strong mate, we all missed you and glad to see you back.

Sam, I'm devestated to hear about losing Seth. He was always such a bright addition when he was in your videos, full of life, excitement and wonder. It always, always showed through what a fantastic team you two were and even a blind person was able to see what a deep father and son love you two shared. The connection you two had was something special and very powerful and strong. So strong it won't ever fade and I'm sure Seth won't forget it either, wherever he is now. Love like this transcendes everything and for sure he'll still feel that connection now. I hope you and your family get all the help and support you need right now. You may not see the light from deep within the dark hole you're in right now but believe me, there will be a time where the sky is a bit brighter again. Being in that hole is completely normal given the situation. With help of friends and family I'm sure you'll find the strength to climb up the hole. Even if it seems impossible and very far away right now. Also, and this is only meant as a friendly advice, it might be worth it to have a look at getting into therapy, in case you aren't already in the process of doing so. Seeking help is not a sign of weakness but of strength instead! I'm currently also in a very dark space due to a loss and eventually I realized I wouldn't be able to get out of that hole by myself. I just didn't know what to do anymore to a) not let things get worse and b) especially not how to improve things again. It's still a long way to get out of there but at least I'm climbing a few stairs right now. If you're in a similar state of mind, I'm sure it'd help you, too. No one has to endure this by themselves, it's said losing a child is the worst loss someone can feel. No shame in getting help. I wish you and your family all the strength you need and again, my depest condolences.

No words can help you on your journey but be assured I will be supporting and praying for you and your family. Like you, I too had to pull myself out of a dark hole when my wife died suddenly. No journey is the same but the fact that you are making it, shows how much you treasure Seth and his memory. I am with you. God Bless

Man... l've got no words... I'm from Portugal, from the other side of this planet in which we live for just a little while... but despite the distance, seeing you coming out from that dark place really warmed my heart. I can't even imagine the strength needed to bounce from such a blow... I usually don't comment in any videos, but I really wanted to leave a word for you. As I read in another comment, he would be very proud of you... Keep strong!

Honestly, the worst case scenario I'd imagined as not as bad as what actually happened. Seth was a great kid. I can't even fathom how hard this must have been for you. Great vid, and my deepest condolences. Guys, it's great to see positive comments. So here is a weird one. Practically nobody on here knows Sam and what happened. Hardly anyone here is "here" for him. When did ppl last meet for a coffee, lend a hand on a project, call on the phone or pop round for a chat? Never. He has his people and we are not them. We are here for ourselves. Typed words commenting on what happened basically means nothing guys, empty tokens from people that dont know. The people that are there for him are there, and they know. We think we care, but words are worth as much as the platform they are written on. Think before you send empty tokens becasue these are untruths you don't have to express.
