I got the "magic styler" which is the same thing as yours...on sale for under $80. What I found from watching tutorials-don't wrap your hair. Let the wand pick up the end of the hair and let it wrap for you. Cold shot, turn off and let go and the curls will be significant! Not sure how long mine will last, but its a good way to test this before splurging on the big ones! Thanks!

I’m tired of hair straighteners as it destroys your hair quality .. just ordered mine I think you have to hold it upright while curling not upside down hence why your hair was catching as it’s not designed for upside down hope this helps no shade xx

I got one too and my honest review, it sucks! Definitely nothing like I hoped for. The time it takes me to hope the damn thing grabs my hair, I would've already had the hot curling iron set and going. Oh well, marketing did a great job though lol!

Great video but i think you were holding it upside down hence the catching, ive watched other videos of this product and everyone else held it the other way up. That said the finished product of your hair was amazing the volume and bounce was insane
