The biology route seems a no brainer, why are so many farmers and growers not taking advantage of the natural bio process?

There are constraints that regenerative farmers live with... Namely we are not rewarded in the mainstream market for cleaner, more nutritious produce. Government regulation cuts off a lot of pathways to direct farm to customer sales. Thirdly, degraded soils and ecology cause problems in priming the regenerative system while staying profitable.
