It takes a bit to find its footing but and for me to find its wavelength but once I did I enjoyed the hell out of it. The chemistry between the entire cast was outstanding. The tone and direction felt like I was watching something new at times because the playfulness of tone and how well it worked.

4 out of 5 couches for this movie, is way too high. It was barely even funny and some random out of place shit just kept happening, i'm sure they were meant to be funny, but they left me annoyed instead.

Firstly, It comes off as a straight up comedy. But it's actually a spoof HS comedy minus any sketches. The comedy is very much forced. Marshawn lynched asked his student " What tf " .. it's like comedy try hard , over the top. Great idea could have used better execution. I knew what it was when they hit the guy with the car going 1mph and seeing their reactions.

I expected this to be a bomb because my local Regal only had it in one theater local. But they expanded it to 2 theaters and more showings. We need some out there teen movies now and then.

This film did not work for me - the dialogue seemed to show contempt for the film and filmic world itself. The main characters are pathological liars and the entire supporting cast are all extremely delusional with no character that can even see reality. The fight club just doesn't make any sense - especially when we later see that the women are so weak they can't even throw toilet paper as high as a bush. The teacher that reads pornographic material at his desk - we're supposed to respect as an authority figure in the next scene, no. They have a class that's three minutes long and the main character actually says, "Seriously, that's class?" - why seek to break the fourth wall in such an absurd way, the film mocks itself and breaks the viewer right out of any engagement with it.

Had a good time with this movie, but some of the dialogue and story are a bit off and unrealistic. But I do appreciate some interesting over the top comedies this year - from M3GAN, The Blackening, No Hard Feeling, Joy Ride…. Did a double feature with the Equalizer 3, and this one had a explosion where as The Equalizer only had a fire…. 😂. These girls are more violent than the mob. 😮. But the mobster did have guns.

I really like the idea of turning a teen sex comedy on its in head the way this movie seeks to do, but I think that it's done very poorly. The world they created is unspecific and ill-defined. The ancillary characters are cardboard cut-outs who we don't really know and therefore can't really care about. The plot points are very cut and pasted and under realized. However, comedy is very subjective and if it made people laugh then God bless them, but I think a much better movie could've been made from the initial premise. The only bright spot was Ruby Cruise who played Hazel. I think she did a great job.

Not a fan of violence in your movies or just doesn’t sound like a good movie to you? I was surprised with how much I enjoyed it personally. It was like a mishmash of Superbad and Not Another Teen a movie if I had to try and find similar toned films.

I thought the movie was good until the last act then it was just to dumb to take serious lol .
