I got to the Forbidden Temple very early in my first ever run. I barely had enough stamina to climb up to the entrance. As soon as I went in and seen what appeared to be a whole room full of Guardians, I quickly backed out. But....later in the run, after taking down all 4 Divine Beasts, I’m roaming the map hitting places I missed in my travels. I came back to the Forbidden Temple. This time, I was prepared.

The first time I went in, I remember stocking up on ancient arrows and making sure I had the ancient armor and being all cautious. The SECOND time I went in, I had 0 ancient arrows, 5 regular arrows 20 or less of all the other arrows, and some shields. I shield parried every single guardian in there. I don't even wanna talk about how many times I saved and re-loaded. But still, it's funny to think of the difference - and only a year or so apart!

Thank you so much for this video. All of the Forgotten Temple videos I've watched previously show Link trying to outrun (outfly?) the guardian lasers or him taking damage. Yours is the first one to show exactly where the guardians are located and how to kill them to eliminate the threat. Even though I've completed 100 of the 120 shrines, I've been avoiding the Forgotten Temple. Now I'm much better informed and have a strategy, thanks to you! 😊

Just a small tip on finding treasure chests (if you weren’t using this already heh), find one, take a photo of it with your camera rune, and then target it with your sheikah sensor. It’s super helpful when trying to find those invisible chests!

I am glad I couldn't find the entrance when I first found this place....When I came back (3 X Bow and at least 20 ancient arrows) cut through them like a knife...🙂 No attack buffs, no ancient armor. Really once you have barbarian and ancient arrows the armor set seems superfluous. Only have 2 shrines but Urbosa's Fury is one of them. That busted 3 of them. lol Thanks for the vid. I ended up here looking for the solution for the blocks on top of the temple. One magnetic, I know there is a seed...just can't figure it out.

Idk what im doing wrong but when I first decided to stop running and hiding from them, when I got those 40 shields I was so good at parrying at first then I just sucked an kept getting hit. Same with lynels, was so good first 4 or 5 kills and then even going back.to regular red lynel and after.fighting whites I still couldn't flurry rush or parrey like in the beginning.

i legit just cleared this with 14 hearts 1 stamina wheel and 1 piece of guardian defence armour. Legit just fly around and they can't hit you, shoot one in the eye land behind it use it as cover from others while smashing its face with master sword. ez temple
