Welcome to the Likhoi Topor channel and this is our new story project for the next couple of years. In it, we will try to make a cozy, modern place to live out of an old abandoned forest farm. So, let's start with the budget reconstruction of this house. During the project, we plan to thoroughly test green technologies, the smart home system, and most importantly, to understand whether this can be done on a budget and mostly on your own.
