I moved from an AC country to the UK and it is absolute torture here in London that buses, the tubes, and shops don't have AC and aren't ventilated in any way shape or form.

Well done for going "no sugar", which is something I am doing at the moment and increasing fibre in my diet too. I would say that alcohol and even the non-alcoholic substitute drinks do have a lot of sugar in them, so look out for any hidden sugars.

Ya we have A/c bcuz when we have 90-100* for 10 1/2 months a yr😊 we’re opposite. England uses heat. I came to TX from Alaska so I get it about the A/C cuz Alaska has weather closer to England

I went to London in July and the apartment I stayed in had only central heating. We were suffering from the heat wave even though I'm from Texas and we are used to 38⁰/102⁰ degree weather 😂. We had all the windows open at night. I did love that you could walk everywhere vs Dallas it's impossible to walk anywhere you have to drive. Although I was walking to a Sainsbury quite frequently because you guys have Magnum popsicle flavors that aren't available in the US 😂

I have a very old house (100+) that doesn't have AC in the US. It throws a lot of people off. 😂 I think because the US has a lot of new construction, that is why we are so used to AC.

The AC should keep the house cool but not freezing! Talk about bad for the environment. Way overboard. I find this problem mainly in hotels or offices because it’s more difficult to fine tune the temp in a huge building. By the way I LOVE your hair straight (when you went to bal harbor)! Amelia - I spent a few years living in Daytona Beach/Ormond beach and drove a few times when I landed in Miami and had to drive up. From my experience, it was a lot easier driving in the US. Mainly bc there’s no roundabouts!

Hey hun just wanted to let you know I totally get the difference with the whole AC thing iam from Australia and moved to US in my 20s so things I noticed was there weren't any buses and trains you could just jump on ( this kinda depends of were you live) but also Ice is a huge thing and took me awhile they love ice in everything to the top but that's ok now iam used to everything but let me say this after living here for a bit then visiting home I missed the AC lol but I never grew up with it or never saw central air before coming to US so it's something you do need to remember to pack for 😊❤ and besides the driving which I think you did amazing on the way your right about walking we walk alot more places but here were i live in TX you have to have a car anyways loves living here and love watching your vlogs that's for sharing your life with us 💗 much loves xxx❤❤❤

Amelia, I also have sibo. You are actually the reason I was able to get a correct diagnosis for my issues. My doctor said that probiotics can make sibo worse. So maybe it’s good that you couldn’t swallow that coconut sludge.
