Oh nice, I was in Monk Eindhoven for the first time last weekend, the 6C+/V5 at 7:04 was my best achievement that day, you make it look sooo easy haha

@@boulderingisa Yeah I thought the routesetting was good quality, bit hard for beginners maybe, but more to choose from if you're intermediate and above. I think the walls are a bit bland looking, the building isn't the most charming, and the lighting could definitely be improved, lots of very dark spots on the wall when you go in the evening and it's dark outside.

We do have the same opinion! The gym is fine, just a bit too grey and sometimes a bit hard, but the boulders were nice!

⁠@@1JorenI think the grey walls and mats really bring out the colorful boulders which I like a lot about this gym. If I may ask, how would you make the walls look less bland?

@@snouthlly1479 By painting the walls with some colors, like most bouldering gyms do :). I think Beest's style is quite nice, I like Boulder Tilburg/Veldhoven's styles as well. Still calming and not overdone, but makes it look a lot less boring

Hebben ze hier geen groene holds voor de 6a/6b range? Net zoals in Rotterdam, ik zag nu veel zwarte met 6a :D

Hoi, ze hebben wel groene routes, maar die zijn hier 4/5. Ze hebben de kleuren een klein beetje gehusseld!
