For me it's a NO. Once that trust is broken, you never get it back the same, if at all. Some people/couples do make it thru infidelity tho. I think some couples may come out stronger, if infidelity was on someone's mind one time. For example, you're fixated on ordering a pizza, you really want to eat it so everything else seems bland in your kitchen. You have the pizza and you're like I'm good its out of my system. Same with some people if they fixate on cheating and they do it. Go to counselling and realise its out their system, they'll focus on their relationship again.
