Get a gym membership, Basic Bodybuilding protocol of 15-20 sets per body part a weak. Get good at barbell, dumbell and polish off the detail work with machines and cables. 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight and as many carbs as you need to get the job done. new 6 string gauges go up to having a low B as the 6th string and with a proper set up it'll sound good. I have an SG in double drop B (high E is also dropped to B) and it feels like butter to me after sending it to a tech that knew his shit
