It is Lum Salawan...so many versions of this famous song recorded over the years in many languages. It comes from Salawan region of Southern Laos.

It can do a lot more, but it relies heavily on "drones", just like the hurdy gurdy (think violin but played by a wheel and can play many strings at once)
