Amazing Bounty Cake made with very simple ingredients, with no bounty chocolate bars needed.
This bounty chocolate cake is just very easy to make with an amazing taste. It's simply so moist, fluffy and super delicious.
Bounty Chocolate Cake Ingredients:
1st layer:
170g (1 1/2 cup) all-purpose flour
60g (2/3 cup) cocoa powder
155g (3/4 cup) sugar
80ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil
185ml (3/4 cup ) milk
1 egg
2 egg white
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2nd layer:
300g (3 cups) shredded coconut
750ml (3 cups) milk
155g (3/4 cup) sugar
115g (1/2 cup) butter
3rd layer:
225g (1 1/2 cup) dark chocolate
125g (1/2 cup) heavy cream
