That last Evergreen spot had a Yellowstone LE, Bardstown Disco, BT, Russells Store Pick, JD SBBP Rye, Woodford DO store pick AND KC18! Let down is a bit harsh.

About time y’all learn. I try to tell people this. People think a lot of bourbon is made here in ky that Louisville has the good stuff.

Not sure what yall were expecting from evergreen. This is KY stores either have 0 allocated products OR secondary prices. Evergreen is better for grabbing a pour. That’s why it’s popular

Understandable, I think we were just expecting more craft, local stuff etc.

@@BeyondBourbon fair enough. Unfortunately craft distilleries struggle to distribute to the big stores. And the “local distilleries” in Louisville are brown Forman and New Bernheim, so really 35% of the shelves are local to Louisville

The distilleries don’t like hunters. You have to know the pattern and timing windows to get the drops. Takes research unfortunately.

They sell it at the Evan Williams experience as well but you have to do a tour to buy it. The bottle’s $150 after you pay for a tour.

Nothing against you but you tourist are the reason everything you can find is expensive and why you can’t find anything worth buying here. We used to be able to find good stuff but now we Louisville locals go to Ohio and other states to shop and everyone else comes to KY.
