Depends on how washed out the track is. If you are on the Queensland side along the northern NSW border your chances are better.

Mate.... I thought Bourke to Fort Grey was a big day's driving. And you did it with children.

We were definitely flogged by the end. The kids are used to it though, the kids settle in to the grind, they’ve done enough long days, while there’s a lot of “are we there yet” they usually just suck it up and deal with it luckily.
