I could watch this over and over and over again ad infinitum: there is so much to take in. Breathtaking! Where did you get this from?

I have spent my life in the ballet and have collected great things, or what I could for many years

It reminds me so much of class with Nina Stroganova.

Just done a bit of research, could this be the ballet "Études" that was recorded for television in 1969 ? Do you have this complete ?

Nope, think I'm really wrong hahaha, I'll just wait for an answer

@@juanjosefarina It is a ballet "enchainments" of Bournonville classes. The combinations are similar to this Bournonville Center video (kzbin.info/www/bejne/onjQmWRqhtNpe7M). Keep in mind that the class structures used by Bournonville were collected by Hans Beck and he was the one who structured the classes like the ones in the video above. There is also another video that is old school French series learned by Bournonville with Rose Gad and Johan Kobborg.

Господи! Это жесть! Как такое можно вообще делать? Это супертяжелая атлетика. После такого 150 лежа как два пальца...

So technically sound, makes you want to get up and do it. Except for the guy’s last combination - too hard!

that dudes center is the most technical thing ever! everything she did was easy! The teacher must hate men!

Melania MoneyPenny These exercises are set classes which is a huge part of the technique training in this school of ballet. The “teacher” is actually more of a legend and his name was August Bournonville and his choreography let men dance on stage, not just stand behind the women.

Also nothing she does is easy. None of this is easy. The parts that look easiest are most likely the hardest to execute.
