Nobody i know of field dresses them, we skin them, debone them on the rack and the rest is dumped in the pit, you must be one of those nasty people that eat guts, needless to say your home is filthy and smells like skunk year round.

Is it really hunting if you're putting food out to train them to come to you? Never hunted like that, maybe my hunting would of been more successful by putting out the food LOL. I always hunted in the woods in Vermont by getting in early and waiting and then stealthily walking and listening. He was smart he knew something was up but just not smart enough. Nice buck anyways, I know people have different views on hunting.

When those hind legs get stiff in the stride you know it's a kill shot. The bucks do that every time it's a heart-lung shot as they lose instant O2 and Blood to the rear hind muscles. Congrats on the buck and killer shot. He was mad dogging you like a thug, too. 😂😂

I can tell you from experience. I’ve hunted in several rural subdivisions for population control. The minor mistake you get away with out on the farm will get you busted with rural deer. They miss nothing, and stay extremely on edge. They noticed every subtle change in their environment, unusual activity, and visually inspect everything suspicious. Not so much from a distance, they’re very tolerant at distance, but within bow range they miss nothing.

Doubt they would know the first thing about actually hunting Wild game.
