Idk which soup u meant but cabbage soup is used when I’m low on health it can help me heal up fast with its 200% regen after getting out of combat.

When fighting I would highly recommend pork omelette since it gives the highest cooldown stat of all foods. It allows you to kinda catch up to high mobility builds like bloodletter.

If ur struggling to lvl up bows, just try to do some corrupted dungeon with normal bow. It should build up your confidence on fighting/kiting and it comes up with good silver and fame. Once your max on bows just join a guild that does static dg and try to join using bow of badon.
