Hi Jim, Tony here from Australia. Can't seem to get any answers to my Inspire 2 problem, I'ts only minor but when you tap the screen to focus on an area to be focused "auto focus enabled" you get a 1 second prompt in yellow saying "exposure lock on" when it's clearly not on. {top rh corner it's the padlock symbol} and this symbol shows unlocked. When you pitch the X4S camera up from the ground you can see the exposure change so every thing seems to work ok. If I lock the "padlock" exposure lock, and do the same it's clearly locked from testing the former pitching method. I feel it may be a software problem although it's not directly causing any imaging problems. What do you think?

So, it sounds like it's holding focus ok? But the TAP to focus is still odd. If your getting a "exposure lock on" when it isn't, there is clearly either a software issue or "settings conflict" 1) set the drone on a table with objects at like 1' - 3' - 6' - "down the hall" - switch camera settings (try random stuff) see if ANYTHING allows tap to focus to work again. Also, if you hand hold the drone and point the camera toward something a lot closer, does it focus in accurately? close-far-close-far. 2) Is firmware up to date? If not, do that. check for related "bug fixes" 3) Learn Chinese 4) Call DJI Support. ;-) stay safe!!!
