What do you do with all the carp after killing them?

@@lifeoutdoorsb6366 a few things. They make great bait for catfish and a lot of salt water species, because they’re so oily. My neighbors have compost gardens they like to use them in. The Austin zoo used to take them for the tigers, but that’s unfortunately changed recently. But usually I fillet them and toss them in a chest freezer for bait. I supply a lot of friends with fresh bait.
