Nice, I bought a little cylindrical diamond steel from Bunnings and that puts a good edge on them and then I knock the burr off the back by running the flat edge on diamond stone plates, completely removes the paint but works a treat!

Tool makers files and honing stones may be the best for the final touch up. They have so many shape options. Pricey, but will never wear out. These files are so hard and precise they are a 100 times better than the junk at the local lumberyard.

Noticed that Bunnings are selling that exact same sander for $69.98 atm. Might invest me thinks. Thanks for another great interesting and informative video. Stay safe.
