Tom you apparently have not taken part in (AMF) bowling lanes in Aurora. The place is a disaster. Bowlers bruised when they try to approach the lane by the useless, ridiculous tables that are set at the ball return. The high shelves placed above some high bar stools with sharp medal corner’s which every week someone is hitting their arms on. The settee couches if bowler’s are sitting there is no leg room for the bowler to get to the lane. So bowlers are sitting at the tables and have no visibility of lanes. No idea if pins are falling legally. Please visit. I’m a nurse and people are being injured and are not returning next season due to poor management and lack of cleanliness. We lost a pro shop owner who has been there since 1995 due to having to take a smaller space 1/2 the size of the prior small shop. I just lost my 3 bowlers on Tuesday night who chose to go to a different house due to the conditions. I watched the video of you and Jim Cramer where you painted a picture of great and good changes. You have no idea. I would love a surprise visit with someone showing you what I have just talked about. We just finished Tuesday night league and have pay out 4/18 or at wed night when you would get feedback. Sorry but I have bowled this house since 1993 2 nights a week defending the bowling alley.
