To early to say that, Root wicket was crucial and even Pope. If England collapse early on second day and South Africa only concede a lead of 60 or 70 max, South Africa are back in the game. After Crawley and Bairstow only good batsman left is Stokes so everything is still in balance.

Keeping Broad-Anderson wild run aside, the out decision given to Verreynne was ridiculous....Good thing he reviewed it immediately. The gap between the bowl and the bat was like An extra ball could easily fit in between.
