Had the honor of meeting JR at his location while visiting Detroit. Was able to chop it up with him and get his wisdom. Laughed, learned, and got measured for a new ball. Decided on the Ambush to replace my Jackal Legacy. Drilling was precise, he made some adjustments to help alleviate wrist strain and offered a few tips as I tried it out. 3 games in the ball was moving beautifully. I had no pain and looked up to see I threw an easy 225. Bucket list experience and I made a new friend! #E3Recommended 5:1

I have thrown this ball in leagues for two weeks now. I really like it, in the past couple weeks I've been averaging around 200/210. My league average is around 175. I get left, aim for the 17 board, let it get out to the dry and watch it hook and continue thru the pins very nicely. Highly recommend this ball if you're having trouble getting your old ball to hook and turn the corner.

I absolutely love the ambush. I’ve thrown 17 in a row twice, and 18 in a row another time. It is a stand left and swing right ball (you can play down and in, but you’ve got to really gun it). It’s really opened up my game and makes me look better than I am.

Coral Blue Venom is a great ball. I've used motiv for the past 10+ years and they have some good pieces. I recently started get back into Storm balls since I switched alleys tho

Motiv is all i throw, the shock is the most amazing ball ive ever thrown, and the supra enzo was a super underated ball

@@MotivGuy94 Name checks out. The Venom Shock is the most versatile ball out there. i have 3 all drilled differently with different cover conditions and they all are vastly different. do i want to hook 30 boards? got one. play straight up 5? got it, thats this one. its insane

@@who8mahbacon well the funny part imo about the ball is the fact it's an unintentional hook monster, the one i have hooks more than balls it has no business hooking more than. The only (and obvious) issue when hooking the lane is you have to keep it out of the oil. Don't remember if my comment prior mentioned it, but what makes this ball special is just how well it takes different surface changes. which adds so much to the versatility of the ball. You plan on getting the primal shock?

I've always liked the darker complexion balls. Some of the balls storm releases turn me off because of the color scheme.
