Dhruv Jurel should always feature in the top 5 batting lineup. YJ, Jos, Sanju, Hetmeyer, Dhruv, to give them the best opportunity and face as many balls as possible as their strike rate is very good. Padikkal, Holder/Ferrera, Ashwin can come after 5. There is no point holding back your best strike batsman and playing safe. The only caveat to this would be if the batting conditions are tough in the beginning and want the best batters to come after 8 overs or so. Then you can always send in Padikkal / Ashwin in at 3.

His departure from the RRs may be due to a family purpose. No doubt he has long maintained a living place in Mumbai. The SL government requires many SLs to live overseas as the country makes its economic recovery. So his immediate family lives in Mumbai for the duration. His youngsters are at the ages that they want to spend as much time with their parents as possible. So working again with his beloved MI organization makes good sense, as it gives him a little more family time.
