It would have been so much more surprising if Bi-Han didn't turn. His whole chapter had been foreshadowing it, yet if he was just playing Shang Tsung, freed Scorpion and bailed with him would have been so sick. He could have just been some grumpy, up himself asshole but ultimately still a defender of Earth, thats not gonna and it over to outworld. We don't need all the good guys to be best friends. I guess we'll see where they actually take this.

Honestly was expecting Kuai Liang (Scorpion to become thedark one) like maybe he blamed Lui Kang for something happening to him, meaning we play as good guy Bi Han facing a going dark Kuai Liang

scorpion turned up to 11 when he got freed. Also if it didn't click the scar on his eye made you connect the dots that this was kuai liang. Also that move bi han did was spicy the misdirect.

Havik is not a "puny earthrealmer" XD He is from Orderrealm. I am not that familiar with MK lore, but I'd guess that makes him more durable, so he just got his face melted off, but continues to fight. Well, basically all fighters are made durable by magic in this setting... except I do not know why Kung Lao would be more durable than a normal human... but all the others yeah, Raiden gets an amulet that gives him control over lightining, I guess it also gives him superhuman durability.
