Why is he Loosing? Answer: Because Bowser is not very smart and same with Eggman he has a 300IQ and he looses to a Hedgehog that yes is super fast but not as smart as Eggman he let Tails do all the Science stuff Because Sonic's IQ is 178 and Tails IQ is over 300 which means Tails is smarter than Eggman but both have been outsmarted by Eggman same with them outsmarting him.
