I stumbled upon this video. Nice job guys! What an adventure to go on. I've been in neighboring states, but didn't make it to Arizona.

Hey that was my Tacoma pickup! And my dads jeep and buddies ford. My Tacoma goes where jeeps only dream of, lol….

If you stayed far right, you can crawl right down the “waterfall”. It’s much better than having to go across the middle.

Box canyon access proposed by your GPS was correct, however, that way in fact has been blocked off due to current mining in that area. I had some similar issues running some of the trails in this same area. Good thing you followed the Jeep pack. Not a good idea to travel these roads on your own. In the six years I've been running desert roads I've actually helped several people with recovers and one rescue. Be safe.

I initially found Martinez canyon by accident and have been back several times. I'm a snowbird from Iowa so I have to four wheel alone because I don't have any buddies out here but I don't get crazy because I'm lazy....don't want to hike 30 miles.

That’s great but it’s rated easy so most people can do this trail

It’s on the way out of box Canyon on the left and then there’s also railroad tracks on the right
