To all new Diana XR200 owners. The power is set like this. First loosen the power adjustment screw with a screwdriver and then set the power with the smallest 1.5 mm Allen key. Then tighten the power adjustment screw again with the screwdriver. Greetings to all and have fun shooting;-)

Diana has clearly added a masterpiece to their Performance line. You yourself have certainly thought carefully to bring a good review. That double loading system is definitely better than a single shot tray. With the scope on your rifle it is always a fiddle to load a pellet. I still hope for an extensive pellet test. With reviews on other channels I will be able to skip the specifications section now. I am convinced which is always with Diana.

How many pellets can you shoot at the same muzzle velocity? I wonder if the air tank is too small or not. And could you introduce the cool bipod?
@WiscAirGunners
@WiscAirGunners Жыл бұрын
The bipod is an Accu-Tac SR 5. If I remember correctly I was airing up about every two magazines. The regulator they used on this rifle is very consistent, Every time I've put a pellet over the chronograph it has been within 2-3 fps. It may not be the most powerful or tunable, but it is the most consistent.

its good but all the companies have 1000fps in 177 950fps in 22 900fps in 25 and 800 to 850fps in 30 and 700fps in 35 cant they change the valves and transfer ports in these rifles instead of leaving the same and loosing velocity as the cal increases im sure its possible to do but they try to save a few bucks by using identical parts for all calibers its just cheating the customer to me i know they can make this same rifle in 30 cal that will do atleast 900 fps
@WiscAirGunners
@WiscAirGunners Жыл бұрын
I think that the German perspective on performance equals precision. I'm certain that this rifle could be made to shoot at a higher speed, but that doesn't mean that it would be as precise or as smooth to shoot. You'd also be using lots more air, and less head space above reg pressure, thus have lower shot count. What they are doing in this rifle is permitting you to change calibers with relative ease, and necessitating a valve change would make that pretty tough. Out of curiosity, what do you want to shoot with a .30 cal air rifle that you need more than 50 FPE for? You aren't alone in wanting this to be higher powered. I'm seriously curious to know what you want to shoot with it. I look forward to your reply.

Eh… have to build your platform to push pellets to their optimal mid 800’S speed. Huge failure in this caliber anyway. My response to the podcast comments about 50 ft/lbs. Why would I want 50 ft/lbs in a .14-.15 per round gun when I can easily get it at half the cost with better BC ?
@WiscAirGunners
@WiscAirGunners Жыл бұрын
The cost per FPE offers an interesting measure of value. I'll have to think about that. Mid 800's are great for precision, but there is a lot of space below that where you'll find great accuracy and even less wind deflection. It's great to have choices.
