I bought a box tree plant last year, and this year I have just noticed this little swine. At the moment I am spraying it with washing up liquid water, quite a strong solution. I live on the Isle of sheppey in Kent. Let's see what happens

Ilex crenata is not a good alternative. I've had two bushes destroyed by Box Tree Caterpillars
