Toy Tokyo is a joke. This was their response to a picture of a completed smashed pop “We understand that there will be packaging imperfections variances with each product release. Unfortunately we will not be able to replace these item. After reviewing the photos you submitted, the spots that you have pointed out appear to fall into this category of normal variation. For items that are crushed during transit with outer box damage, we will be filing claims with our carrier and do our best to rectify the issue. Replacements may not be available for replacement.”

Hey man I get me toytokio pos 2 of them r damage I send email and they respond the those r not damage and trying to blame on delivery company but the delivery box it no damage at all firs time eve buying from them and these happen I wish I can send u pictures and video yes I took a video when I open them thnx 🙏🙏🙏

I got damaged Pops and sent them an email and I got the auto generated generic email telling me no. I sent you a message on Twitter asking for help. Lots of us are being sent that email and they won’t replace our boxes,
