I have had the pleasure of having 3 female Boxers in the past and one beautiful boy, they are all so good with kids of all ages if they grow up together, they accidentally can bold little kids over, because they are so bouncy and happy all the time. My adult son now has a Am Bulldog, they are a bit bigger heavier and not as bouncy. He has a cat and staffy as siblings, he is the pup, so is looking up to the older dog for guidance and friendship. I am sure the cat will be bossing the Bulldog pup around in no time 😆😅👍 Both fantastic breeds, all comes down to good leadership in the home and socialising them all the time from 12 weeks to 2 years old, so are good with all dogs and can go with you everywhere too (if there is enough room, as they take up a lot of space)

I dont agree with all the the "negative" in the video. I have had 3 boxers. My biggest was 95lbs. All female. I also had a pitbull with my biggest my boxers. I also had a boxer/pitbull mix after my other girls passed. Love and miss my girls.

Boxers at least the one I have! when adult are brilliant with my kids. A bit hyper as puppys upto about 18 month. I have disabled children my youngest is none verbal and my boxer would destroy anything that threatened him. And my son has a problem with head banging and hitting out to communicate and will hit my boxer and us. She has never even blink an eye.

We have a new Puppy to called Brock And he is a American Bulldog Johnson type. He is only 5-6 months old, Again I will be watching his every move around my kids, But so far he is good just a bit mouthy so My method is teaching him to control his bite by hold his bottom jaw when he does it and saying NO, Then giving him his chew toy. Teething is an issues for all puppy Breeds.

I've had both. Female Boxers are way more protective. Ambulls can have rank aggression: Can't touch their food, growl over bones, growl over the couch or bed, and this can escalate and be dangerous making the dog absolutely worthless as a guardian dog. Plus, Ambulls can be insanely dog aggressive, again making them useless as legit guard dogs. Boxers from a german blloodline-not American (they are only show dogs), are the best all around family/guardian dogs for active owners.

Ni de cerca. No hay raza más fuerte y mejor luchadora que los perros bulldogs americanos. El boxer mismo es en el fondo un tipo de bulldog también, pero los único fuertes son los de líneas europeas alemanas. Los boxers de lineas americanas son muy flaquitos y les falta estructura, además de no tener un temperamento muy fuerte.

It’s not even a comparison. A game bred American bulldog can do what a boxer can do but better. An American pitbull is comparable to an American bulldog when it comes to gameness, they will die before they quit.
