This vid of Mayweather throwing nothing but a jab on the bag. I swear someone had to speed it up and add sound effects. m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/maqym5-boKx1aKc

Do you turnover your punches? And someone tried to tell me to close my fist before impact. Seems like a way to break my hand. What u think?
@strategicdefensivesolution2802 жыл бұрын
Yes turn over the punches and certainly lock the wrist and clench the fist right before impact or you will be visiting a DR.
@curtisjackson30102 жыл бұрын
@@strategicdefensivesolution280 so your fist aren't clinched at all times? Isn't it safer just to keep them clinched instead of clinching right before impact?
@strategicdefensivesolution2802 жыл бұрын
@@curtisjackson3010 Staying relaxed until right before impact is best for speed and speed equals power. If you keep your fists tight at all times, catching punches becomes a bit difficult, but everyone will do what works best for them.

@@curtisjackson3010 keeping your fists clenched all the time is tiring, and leads to not being able to tighten up as much at impact.

@@lyzander2985 YES! keeping a constantly clenched fist is wasted energy!!! it is all about efficiency of movement.
