Here's part two--but the first bit of advice, don't try to do rounds on video with a shack full of junk and a bike. But hope you dig it!

But I have a question how do I lift my toe if it is in a shoe…. Isn’t it to hard?

Hi--don't worry that much about it--just raise your big toe in your shoe as an exercise when working on the bag to get the feel of putting a cigarette out with the ball of your foot. That will keep you from standing up on the straight right--and it will also actually help you slip and bob under punches. The thing is to ground yourself with the ball of your foot and not to raise up--especially on straight backhand punches, and that exercise will very quickly give you that feel (and it also will make you sit on you punch and twist your heel out when you throw).
