I’d really like to understand what the team’s focus is moving forward. Selles often mentions three or more areas he wants to address, but I think we’d benefit from narrowing that down. Instead of trying to tackle everything at once, why not focus on something concrete, like securing a clean sheet, forcing opponents to concede corners, or delivering more crosses into the box? These are manageable goals that could serve as building blocks. Right now, the challenges we face feel like a mountain too steep to climb all at once. (I understand he is not going to state his intentions in public interviews but I sure as hell hope he is talking about this behind closed doors, however, it doesn't look that way.)

It’s the same every week. Missed chances and the opponents take theirs. I’ve noticed there is no movement in middle of the park. Nobody moves for the ball and it’s stagnant. Doyle seems to have a shocker every week and I don’t think he’s the team captain

Any success starts with a top quality back four. Not conceding is the key to recovery. We need three back four players in January.

Problems go back to September when city bought lots of very average players at inflated prices. Regan Slater is the barometer between 2023 and 2024, not good enough for Rosenior, now a first team regular. Quality not quantity for January please.

Dead wood needs shifting. Giles, Omur, Mehlem, Bedia and a whole lot more contributing nothing. 4.5 million for Kamara is a joke, pants down there.
