Man I miss Auckland. It is expensive to travel from Singapore to NZ but was lucky my then company sent me to NZ, Auckland for a work trip back in 2001. Shops along Queen Street is much different then as in now. Back then there are just souvenir shops one after another and mostly operated by Chinese. Now it seem more hip and upmarket. Love to revisit the place one more time in my lifetime... Thanks for your video, I had done a virtual one now, at least lol!

Hi Steve, Thanks for showing Auckland’s city Queens Street malls. It surely reflect the Commonwealth’s influence of naming streets which you can find in Australia Cities & also Sg. The ferry surely looks like going Batam or Bintan from Harbourfront. Maybe one day Sg can run a ferry service from Changi Airport to Marina South or Clifford Pier

A nicely done video on Auckland Steve. I like the background tune you had on your return trip back to Birkenhead, it goes so well with the cafe scene and you boat trip. I believe the reason for the lack of Starbucks is because NZ has a very strong cafe culture and most kiwis support their local cafes, so Starbucks is not competing well against the local cafes.
@ReddotDiaries3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I always have a hard time choosing bgm. I spoke to some of my friends and they said same thing about cafe. They were like huh why would you go to sb?? they have terrible coffee.
