Great Boxing day! Glad the kids all stepped up as always and helped out. They are amazing! How did they like the new tradition of the stocking? I bet that was a great treat after a bad experience at lunch/Tea time. I would have not paid. Like you said, forget about it and move on. Im loving the everyday vlogs. Nice walk in the woods to the sea, it looked like noah was filming you all with the new camera you showed us a few weeks ago, it was good footage of you all walking together. before your delicious buffet..what a lovely day you had. The Brewers Fayre near us was a disaster on a regular day, cold food, inedible and nasty food! They are a greedy company that is out for money over customers! The best place for Xmas dinners are a local restaurant or pub, they need your money and support and they work really hard to provide you with good food and value! We don’t have a very big home so I clear the hallway and put the tables the full length, it isn’t a narrow hallway so it works well for us! We started our buffet food on Xmas day, we buy enough until New Year’s Day! I hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas, it always goes so fast I always enjoy the build up to Christmas and Christmas Eve is my favourite day of the year!

Hi Ben and Zoe .Sorry about your Christmas dinner . We went to Brewers fayre for Christmas dinner but in Goole and we didn't get the welcome drinks either . But I can't really fault the rest of it the were on the ball and we didn't have to wait long and the food was ok . Not sure it was worth the money we paid as we went to Toby carvery the next day for boxing day and that was alot better and was half the price as it was boxing day X X

Oh gosh, thats so disappointing. Its a mission in itself to get the kids washed and dressed and out the house on Christmas day without any thing going wrong. Get the big ones involved in prep next year and make a big lunch at home and enjoy 💜

Our family tried eating out a few times to save us all the work. All we realised was that we could produce s better meal at home . Service was usually poor and we were squashed up so they could have more tables. We felt sorry for the staff waiting tables as it wasn’t their fault. Hope you get your money back.🤞

Zoe and Ben do you have a budget for each child at Christmas 🎅, when my kids were little I did because I saved all year and I knew what I wanted to spend, I would go to Toys R Us and Argos, I remember the queues in Argos, and when they gave you a number and you had to wait for your packages, but I preferred it that way, i also remember index that was similar to Argos do you remember it Zoe

I am sorry you were so badly let down by your Christmas meal people. It's really sad. You deserve so much better, especially Zoe who works so hard organising, cooking, running the house etc. It was supposed to be a time for Zoe to join in with the family. I know what it's like. You make plans and for some reason it just doesn't work out. 😢 Sympathy. At least the kids were happy with their presents. My goodness where are they all going to live. 😂 So many new toys. You really need an American style house. Huge kitchen, dinning and family room all open planned.

Do complain, and ask for a full refund. Happened to us once at one of their restaurants. We had traveled a good few hours, checked in, booked tables, then practically everything we wanted to order they were out of. We got a code to use elsewhere, but for the size of your party, a refund is in order.
