Tony Ferguson is the type of guy to get brain damage just to test his reflex skills and then when the round is over rather than seeking advice from his corner, he gives them advice on how to watch the next round

Hi Mr. Zahabi, a fan and admirer from India. Heard your latest joe rogan podcast. Was wondering if it's possible to adopt 'one sprint a day' lifelong habit. Would be interesting to know your thoughts on this. Love, from India.

Shadow Punching needs to be emphasized early in Boxing so people develop the necessary muscles to retract their punches. Its not just for the sake of Touch Sparring but also later when you Spar for real you will not overthrow your punches and lose balance. The problem with noobs is once they let that punch go they cant take the mustard of once its been laid on, this is why Traditional Martial Arts focus on Kata in the beginning so students learn Control

This wasn't what I expected. I thought this was going to be about comparing the type of strikes from a boxer to the type of strikes from a mix martial artist. But instead it's more of a comparison between the art of boxing to the art of MMA. In which everybody already knows MMA is superior not unless they're too stubborn to admit it, or too blinded by their love for boxing, or they're just ignorant.

Kobies Boxing mma stands for mixed martial arts meaning a mix of all martial arts including boxing. You literally cant even compare the two
@kobiesboxing49565 жыл бұрын
Billy Mandem Lol I hope you don't think I didn't know what MMA stood for. But yeah I agree there is no comparison.
@billymandem16285 жыл бұрын
Kobies Boxing no comparison because mma contains all martial arts including boxing.

Firas stick to bjj, boxing teaches you more about mma than any other striking art. Kickboxing and muay thai fighters have horrendous headmovement, footwork, they are flat footed. Boxing teaches you all those things.
@CrashMetaReligion19965 жыл бұрын
Yea Firas what do you know. It’s not like you trained GSP and Rory Macdonald or anything. Just do both but out more time into MMA striking seeing how you know it’s MMA and not boxing lol

He's just a butthurt boxer...Boxing won't survive in the next 30 years... The growth of MMA and the rise in interest will just put boxing to the shadows. As a sport, boxing will survive but as "entertainment" it won't.

Billy Mandem I’m not a troll just speaking the truth boxing is limited. It has its place but kickboxing and Muay Thai are more important.
