I think he and Shakur have gone back and forth for a while and Shakur thought Lomachenko beat him so i think he is surprised because he thought Shakur went against him in the Loma fight because he was taking shots at him even though Devin won the fight. Devins problem was that after the fight he never took responsibility for his loss. He immediately was blaming the 3 lbs Ryan went over etc. Then they blamed Ryan for beon cocaine. Then they blamed Ryan for beon steroids, even before the ped tests came back. And remember, Ryan didn't get dirty for steroids, it was for ostarine, and ver very very low amount. Ostarine helps you lose weight, its not a steroid like testosterone or debol etc. Anyone that thinks Ryan won because he was on peds needs to go learn how peds work.
