@@jko8888 If you watch the full fight you know why he did it - it was already at the 8th round and his opponent Butler hardly even threw a punch in all the previous rounds, you even see Bulter back down in round 4 when Inoue put his hands down which as the commentators said shows that Butler had not a single intention to fight but is just in the ring to kill time in hope to make all 12 rounds. With that you could even make the argument that it was his opponent who was disrespecting the sport - if he had no intention to fight to win - not even by points cos he wasn't even trying to hit Inoue- and was just in it for the money and plans to turtle all 12 rounds so he gets paid and don't need to visit the hospital afterwards, he's just being greedy money grabber. So it was up to Inoue to bait and taunt Bulter to attack so as not to bore the people who paid to watch a boxing match and not a ring running competition, which means Inoue is actually the one doing the right thing.

As a retired boxer and a lifelong boxing fan... I firmly believe he has all the tools to be one of the greatest to enter the ring. He maintains his speed and quickness every second of every fight. His cardio and endurance is unbelievable...by far the greatest i have ever seen. His head movements, counter punches and ring awareness is unreal...much like Ali was. His hand speed reminds me of Sugar Ray Lenard. His combinations of punches are as clean as Packman Paqeous. His power is on the same level as Roy Jones Jr. The only thing left for him to be the GOAT is the hunger, desire and longevity of Mayweather Jr as well as Rocky Marciano. Too many great fighters start to make more money than they could have dreamed. Global popularity comes with the money and it gets to their head. So for me only time will tell if he is in the GOAT conversation.
longevity of Mayweather? lmfao! He spent his life running away and slap boxing. This Japanese dude proves that Mayweather's legacy is that of a little man who tapped dance to Mammon rather than going for greatness and laying opponents out, like Tyson Prime used to do. Boxing is about knock outs, not grab ass.
